Anyways...This thread is basically saying what drugs your currently on, ROA, and pill form, liquid form, etc. etc. Lets start with me.

Today so far I'm on--

80mg Methadone (1 40mg wafer, 4 10mg pills, oral)
4mg Clonazepam (4 1mg tabs, oral)
75mg Hydroxyzine (3 25mg capsules, oral)
62mg promethazine (2 25mg pills, 12mg from Promethazine DM liquid, oral)
30mg DXM (Promethazine DM liquid, oral)
Alcohol 7%? (from Promethazine DM liquid, oral)
Nicotine/Tobacco (Marlboro 100s)
Caffeine (Coffee)

It provides a unique opi-esque euphoria that is hard to describe, however it removes withdrawal symptoms from moderate opiate dependency. It also gives an instant mood lift and a warm, itchy feeling of content. There is also a serotonergic aspect that lends itself to some empathogenic feels.

This is with doses in the range of 250mg-500mg per day, whereas the therapeutic dose is more like 50mg/day. It binds at the mu opioid receptor so that should tell you something - I really like this chemical and it has been extensively researched unlike many 'RC chems' due to the fact that it is prescribed worldwide.

thanks for that detailed answer buddy. how would you think tianeptine would work in combination with tramadol? serotonin syndrome risks?
