Misc what can i do? (seizures)

Alright, so in the past year or so I developed epilepsy from a near fatal bath salts overdose. Past 6 months I've had only about 4 seizures total , some while on anti seizure medicine some not. That's the extent of my "epilepsy" so its not too severe.

I was just curious, what class of drugs can I continue to use without raising chances of seizures?

Obviously I know to stay away from stimulants. But can I still take dxm , opiates or benzos, etc?

Just curious, thanks. And if you wish to know what medicine I'm on, its depakote xr
 
My father is on Depakote and takes opiates and benzos regularly without any issues. I personally would leave the dxm alone just in case. I would also keep your benzo use to the bare minimum, becoming dependent and the going through w/d would likely trigger seizures.
 
I would suggest not to use any drugs and to just savor your sobriety, but I know you want to still have some experiences, and I would agree with the poster above me, leave the dxm alone and just go for things like benzos, barbs, ghb, opiates, psychadelics, etc. And yea, benzo withdrawal is NASTY.... I suffered for 6 months and was only using them as prescribed for about 8 months.... use gaba agonist sparingly!
