No one can actually tell what that is or if anything is actually laid on it.

Blotter paper is available without anything on it so it could be just about anything or even nothing.

This is OBVIOUSLY LSM-775, you can tell from the swirly patterns that there is a morpholine group on the amide nitrogen.

Only way to determine what it is is by buying a reagent test kit (Ehrlich and Hoffman in this case)
