I used to smoke bud and pop benzo, but those days are over. I drink every fucking night.

Jim Beam 375ml for $8 is my fucking go-to, gotta get drunk quick tip shit.


I never drink a full bottle anymore. Organs can't process it anymore.

What holds me back from drinking until blackout stage is waking up in the middle of the night dehydrated. :!
 
I know right!? I usually get a 750ml for $12.99.... Good alcohol for good price. Give me mo'!!! Usually statight shots or with coke(cola that it ;) )

Fucking whiskey love dude. Once you get used to the taste of whiskey it's fucking magical, Vodka shots suck ass in comparison.

Agreed! If I have to compromise with my girlfriend who only drinks clear liquor, I can handle Bombay Gin. But if it's my choice, whiskey every time!
 
I used to feel the same way about vodka...now it's my favorite hard alcohol to drink, though (on the rare occasion when I actually have a couple drinks).

When I drank whiskey I'd usually buy Jack Daniels if I felt like spending a little extra money, and Evan Williams if I felt cheap. Jack Daniels isn't even that expensive, just a decent mid-priced American whiskey IMO. It seems to be popular since so many people seem to have strong opinions on it (either positive or negative, lol)

There is nothing wrong with Jack Daniels. At all. I remember spending $120 on a bottle of Glenfiddich and it tasted like wood chips/wood barrels.

My favorite breweries are Lawson's, hill farmstead, the alchemist, founders, stone, russian river, lagunitas, jacks Abby, ballast point, victory, shit I could go on for a long time... The only beer I really want that I can't get up here is cigar city and bells. Otherwise I'm gud.

For licker its always gin w/ me. Brandy is fun in a flask too

lol, I'm in florida, Cigar city is everywhere, Jai-alai, cracker, the egyptian shit one....then there is some pirate one. It's not bad. It's good shit. It's definitely the best florida brewery.

Alchemist is impossible to get here, you literally have hipsters camping out to buy all of them. I have been trying to cop The Alchemist for over a year now.


my favorite brew has to be arrogant bastard by Stone. and Centennial by founders. I love 7% IPA.
 
I'd like to try jai alai, but don't see them coming up here any time soon. I havr enough to keep me occupied for now I guess.

I never loved arrogant bast but ruination got me into DIPAs almost six years ago. Founders makes so many good brews, I still haven't tried their IPL. The entire breakfast stout series is straight cash too. Alchemist only puts out two beers at the moment but you can get others at tent sales. Incredible beer but not worth going out of your way for if you've already had it. Too much other good beer to explore.

So today a bit of depression kicked in, I wanted to smoke a blunt, pop some downers, but I can't... So I went to the Craft beer store as usual and well what do you know they just got a new shipment of Jai-Alai brewed and canned six days ago. Fuck yeah, not only did SirTophamhat influenced me a bit from yesterdays talk to give it another try. I have never had beer in my life before that was canned/bottled less than a week ago, so yeah it's pretty fucking good.


edit:I wanna try that baltic porter called sea legs or something

Don't let depression get you down brother. I haven't tried that brew yet, sounds good though. Keep your chin up.
