Wellbutrin

well i went to my psych a few days ago to get diagnosed for the appropriate medications...he continued me on the ritalin but added wellbutrin (SR 100mg) to the script...
are there any negative side effects or long term effects that i should be aware of??
will the wellbutrin affect the effectiveness of other drugs?? (like SSRIs do with MDMA)
if i start taking wellbutrin will there be withdrawl symptoms if i stop taking it??
should i go ahead and take the wellbutrin or should i just not take it and lie to my doctor??
if i lie to my doctor what should i say to make him take me off the wellbutrin??
