Wellbutrin and ulcers

Does anyone know if Wellbutrin can give you ulcers? Every time I take it gives me a stomach ache like when you take Advil on a empty stomach, and the feeling lessens but last for a couple of days, mabye a week.

If it's important I chew them up before I take them.
 
Well im on zyban(same thing as wellbutrin just a different name) and the first few days i took it it messed my stomach up abit. I thought i was going to vomit the first time i took it. I dont think wellbutrin can cause ulcers but im not entirely sure on that.

Dont be chewing those pills up. Wellbutrin is extended release or sustained release so its meant to be released into your blood stream gradually. By chewing them up you are dumping all the drug into your blood stream at once. This could significantly raise your risk of having a seizure. Theres a reason why on the sheet they give you with your script that it says DO NOT crush or chew tablets or capsules.
 
It shouldn't give you ulcers, stomach aches is a different story though.

Reboxatine (NARI) used to give me gut pain, and increase my IBS pain, but i tried to put up with it cause it was really good for my motivation. But i stopped it after 6 months cause it was also giving me chronic exhaustion the last few months - in the last month i could hardly walk more than 10 minutes before feeling totally fucked.

DexAmphetamine used to increase my IBS pain ALOT the first month so i gave it up for quite a few months. I did about 60 hours of study, and found that Beta2 receptors on the gut increase pain signals from the gut to the brain, so i take 40mg Propranaolol a day (a medium beta1 blocker, and a strong beta2 blocker) every time I take dex and i get no pain at all and feel great.

Try that.
