Clean. That's how I can describe it.

Setting- Buddies house/my house - The forest
Time- Started at 7 10 PM
Amount- Several bowls of weed and hash mix

+/- 0 min- I have never done hash before, but have been somewhat eager to try it. I have smoked weed many many times. My buddy "W" has gotten some really new, fresh, soft, fluffy, killer weed, and some real dank hash. I went over to his house and we just chilled, sat on his driveway, longboarded, and shit. We smoked 4 fat bowls of this real nice weed and hash (mixed).

+ 30 min- The coming up was a bit different feeling for me that regular pot. The best way to describe it was completely clean. With regular pot, I have a bit of fuzzyness to my thoughts and being. With this, I knew I was f*cked out of my mind, but I was still very able to comprehend it and understand it without being totally confused and dissoriented. It is very difficult to describe, but I will do my best. I stuffed some reeses peanut butter cups, slim jims, plumbs, and waters into my pockets and we headed out on our adventure.

He has the most amazing property ever. His back yard is a big deck w/ a swimming pool that overlooks his lake, big trees, and our camping area. The biggest highlight of his land is his woods.

+ 1 hour- We set off down the road w/ our longboards, and we climbed to the top of this hill. We then luged down it w/ our backs on the longboards. We were going FAST! I am 6'3" 208 lbs, so if I make the slightest movement, I lose balance. So sure enough I would move and I would wobble all over the place, hanging on for dear life. The wind in my hair and the thrill of being on the edge was completely overhwhelming! After I stopped moving, I just sat there reflecting on what just happened, I can't describe my thoughts.

+ 1.5 hours- We carried on, and by this time it was starting to get dark. We went to this amazing place that we stumbled upon when were were walking through his woods at midnight once. It is this big circle open spot in the woods that is just a giant green field with some assorted pine trees. We just lied down there like always and looked at the stars and thought. It was just so peaceful to be there, without anybody around us. Since we would be there for a while, I took out my food and began snacking away.

We brought his little spoon with us, so we packed another bowl and that just sent me away. My previous mindset was an incredible one, but this almost felt (mentally) like I was tripping. It was very intense.

+ 2.75 Hours- After lying there for quite some time, we kept walking until we found a road, we followed that up and we then knew where we were. There is this retreat for retired priests who just live there and associate with each other. We were going to pass it to get into the woods to go back to his house, when we came across an old man going for a walk. It turns out he is a priest. He was a bit nutty, but with good reason. He is a veteran of World War II and was formerly a highly asteemed member of the FBI. Father. We just sayed good evening to him, but we somehow got drawn into a conversation. I think that is what he wanted, because people who are very old don't have many people to talk to. So we stayed and talked with him, because it would simply make his day just to have somebody to talk to. It turns out that he used to answer to J. Edgar Hoover himself (former head of the F.BI.). He was also in the Navy. He was one of the people who single handedly decrypted the message (although too late) that the Japanese were going to attack Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He talked with kind of a jitter, because he had also seen the beaches of Okinawa, and much combat, etc... At points he seemed like he wanted to cry, but he didn't. I wanted him to let it all out, I was very intreagued with what he had to say. Eventually we had to keep moving on, so we said our goodbyes and nice to meet yous.

+ 3 Hours- We had a challenge ahead of us. We had to face the forest in the dark, and try to just push on until we saw a house and could use it as a reference point. We were probably in the forest for about 30 + min. and finally exited right to his campground.

+ 3.5 Hours- We went inside, made a pizza, and jammed a bit. I then went home about 4 hours later.

+ 4 hours- I still had a bit of a buzz. And still do now (that I have gotten home).

Times were approximated.

Overall, I thought it was an awesome experience. Not much else. If you have any suggestions/comments, please feel free to critique. Peace.

Yeah. I know it is just pot/hash, but I can't describe how great that night was. I have another trip report to write about mushrooms/hash/pot so I will post that up soon too. It is at the same place... the mushroom night was even more amazing.
