Can i even post this here??
A friend and i will be going over to Melbourne sometime in June/July to um...further our education. Although we have been keeping our options open for lodging, i thought what better way than to ask the locals! So here's the deal, 2 21year old Singaporean Chinese guys, soon to be studying in Trinity College ( and hopefully UniMelb thereafter) needs a pad. Can anyone help us out with this?
I may be presumptious to say this but to any generous BLers (like sweet Anjele) who may want to offer their place, i'm thinking 3 or 4 years here and wouldn't want to be a pain in the arse. Besides, it's one more place to throw a party! =)

um, yeah, a couple of things you should probably note before you you come down here.
- Never walk into a shop facing foward, always walk in backward.
- whenever you eat, never use you fingers or hands, its incredibly impolite. Only use your elbows and the left side of your nose.
- It is now the law here that you may only use one foot while walking, so beware, cos the cops are cracking down!! (by the way, if your designated foot is sore or non-apparent, then you will have to register the other foot under your middle name.
- When meeting/greeting people, ALWAYS headbutt them until thier nose bleeds. If you happen to be a socialite in Melbourne, then you will actually break there nose, but do not attempt this unless you are in the know.
- Beware of the sudden outcry of miniture kangaroos. These little bastards are lethal!!
The best way to control them is to simply use your 'other' foot to step on them.
- Dont brush your teeth. It is soooo 1999. Bad breath is back baby and its stronger than ever. The hight of coolness is to infact wear tooth decay on your sleeves. TRENDY!!!

Great to know nothing's changed since '92! Gotta get adjusted to walking with them feet again..over here we bellyflop from place to place. Just wonderin how pple there view nostril hair. Cos i've got them dreadlocked recently...call me a fashion victim but its like THE in thing here.

Oh yeah, nose hair dreads are cool, but a little mainstream now. Go for the toehair dreads for something a little 'out there'.
Also dreaded ear hair is not just reserved for smelly old people anymore, so give it a go!
