Stimulants Ways to split Vyvanse doses?

I thought vyvanse came in small pellets but my caps contain powder.
This is really annoying. And they are also filled up to the top so that even taking a cap off makes some of the powder
come out.

This way it's not really possible to split a capsule into 50/50. I was thinking about wether getting a 70mg capsule and then take
half of it cause this might be cheaper than getting a 30mg capsule. But since it contains powder it's not really suitable for splitting doses.

You can split caps. Spill out half on paper and lick it up, or dump half a cap in water, then drink.

Yes that would work. But the powder is very fine. I don't know if you can take it all out put it on a plate and then fill the rest of it back into the capsule
without losing too much of it. If it's very light powder it could just fly through the air. Pellets would have been much easier.

I hate pellets. Vyvance is so smooth because it's not pellets, IMO.
The powder is not that light and fluffy. What you would end up loosing in the end is marginal at best.
