Cocaine washing back coke to crack?

ezzz guys, was just wondering if someone could give me an easy step by step guide to washing back a gram of coke to crack using bicabonate of soda, i saw someone do it before and they used about 4 parts coke to 1 part bicarb and only put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds, was along time ago but i remembered it worked however he done it... any easy step by step way ?? its only a gram i wanna wash back... thanks

5 parts cocaine hydrochloride, 1 part sodium bicarbonate by weight. You can dissolve up to 95 mg/ml sodium bicarbonate in water at room temperature, so use approximately 10-25ml of water per gram of bicarbonate.

It is not neccesary to use a microwave, any sort of gentle heat will do. It may be best to dissolve bicarbonate in water first, then add cocaine, but as long as everything comes together, it's good.

Let it react/warm for a while, decant the water from your freebase and rinse it with a little ice water.
