Stimulants Vyvanse with Xanax Question

This is my first post so sorry if I miss something lol. Long time lurker though.

Anyway,

I took 30mg vyvanse at 1pm and another 30 at 3pm. I usually try to get to bed about 12-1am, so my question is how much Xanax will put me to sleep? I know usually vyvanse lasts a while.

I took .75mg so far and feel good just want to go to sleep here soon. But also don’t want to black out or something.

Any advice? Should I just take a .5 every 30 or so min until I’m sleepy?

Basically just not trying to stay up all night lol.

It's impossible to say without knowing anything about your background and situation. To be honest, even with that info it's still impossible to say, because benzos affect people differently.

0.75mg is definitely not a large dose of alprazolam so you would probably be OK with adding another 0.5mg. Having said that, I'd be careful about adding 0.5mg every 30 minutes because you can get into trouble that way with benzos. The cumulative effects can creep up on without you realising how affected you are.

I used to take benzos to take the edge off of amphetamines, but they never helped me sleep even in stupidly high doses. They just put me in a weird zombie-like state.
