Stimulants Vyvanse w/ other drugs?

I have several questions. I'm going to NYC for 6 days and my friend is getting us coke and E and I'm also getting 15 60mg pills of vyvanse from my other friend.

I was wondering if I took 180mg of vyvanse in the morning and snorted coke during the evening, would that be dangerous? And would taking vyvanse, 180mg, in the morning and taking E be dangerous? I don't want to overdose or die obviously, so I need to know because I leave tomorrow.

Vyvanse stays in your system a long time. I would skip the Vyvanse completely and save it for work or another time.

I've been taking vyvanse for 3 years (50 mg/day currently) - I take it at 7 in the morning and if I don't take sleep aids, I typically cannot sleep before midnight or 1 in the morning. It does last a very long time and you need to eat something -preferably with protein - approx 4/8 hours after initial dose, otherwise you can get the worst headache imaginable. It does not give me a buzz like adderall, but it doesn't give me nasty mood-swing crashes like taking adderall several days in a row either. If I don't need to work (or on days off, drive long distances at night), then I don't take it. If it's past 10 in the morning (if I haven't taken vyvanse, and I must take a stimulant for something), I'll take some adderall if absolutely necessary. Someone mentioned it already but I agree it's more for work - when I've used it on holiday, it was for getting used to the time difference on eastward flights (I am NOT morning person) and usually only on the first day in order to function. One day, a few years ago, I doubled up my dose...all it did is mess up my heartbeat and throw off my sleep rhythm for several days (it did not make me more alert or euphoric in the least), made me anxious and nauseous.

I don't really see what would be wrong with the combination.

I'm prescribed both Vyvanse (releasing agent) and methylphenidate (DRI) with no ill effects. If anything, I've heard that the DRI will start to block the action of the releasing agent at higher doses.

Other than the fact that, after taking vyvanse in the morning, you might get less effects from the coke or E due to being on the vyvanse's comedown, I don't really think anything would be particularly dangerous about your combo.

If you take 180mg in the morning, and then E at night, not only will the brain damage be worse but it also won't feel nearly as good - you'll be dropping the rolls on the come-down haha...Drugs don't work like this...

Not to mention you'll be putting a TON of extra strain on your heart - and cocaine actually blocks the euphoria of amphetamines - but not the physical side effects...do it all on different days (coke day - roll day - off day - speed day) you'll thank me.

Mixing stimulants together is generally not advised. Plus 180mg of Vyvanse is a really high dose.
