I’m new to this site so I didn’t know where to post this. I have a quick simple question. Is it safe to take my daily methadone 8 hours after taking 120 mgs of vyvanse? Thanks for any info.

It's not particularly dangerous if both are used within therapeutic dosages. There's no direct contraindication.

Like @Snafu in the Void in the void pointed out. There are no real contraindications between Amphetamines and Opioids. We are not going to discuss "speed balls" in this thread, as that is not relevant to your situation.
There's literature out there stating there is a synergy between Amphetamine and Opioids. People tend to feel both drugs are stronger when taken together. Pretty interesting stuff to read if you're ever interested.
There's nothing better after a little Amphetamine binge then some Opioids, provided you are being safe and responsible with the Methadone.
