Stimulants Vyvanse and Conerta Rotation

I have around 10 60mg vyvanse and 12 concerta and the vyvanse is wearing off rather quick, i was wondering if i switched to two conerta a day in class one morning one afternoon would this lower my tolerance to the vyvanse or how does it work? I am at the moment taking the vyvanse once in the morning once in the afternoon and once when i get home around 5 as i dont find that it lasts too long.

Any advice would be great. Thanks
