Stimulants Vyvanse and Adderall IR combination?

If someones tolerance to adderall IR was 60-75mg, could they take 100mg of vyvanse orally along with 15mg of adderall IR orally? if not what would be a good dose of vyvanse?

It's a bit more complicated than that. Vyvanse is effectively very extended-release (XR) Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine). IR Adderall (which is mostly dextroamphetamine) only lasts 4-6 hours. Vyvanse generally lasts 8-14 hours. 100mg of Vyvanse will last a while.

yeah i know it doesn't really work like that lol but what would you reccomend?

I am RX 135 mg of Amphetamine... 45 mg pure dextroamphetamine via 15 mg ER Capsules and 90 mg of racemic amphetamine(adderall/dl-amphetamine) via 30mg IR Tablets.. As long as you're in good health and stay hydrated and fueled I am sure you will be happy that you took 100mg of lisdexamfetamine with the 15 mg IR Adderall, you will immediately have a full dose delivered to you so you don't have to wait till the l-lysine is broken off in your stomach via hydrochloric reduction. The amount of IR amphetamine you are taking is also adequate to the amount that would be slowly passing through your system on 100mg of lisdexamfetamine.

I have a tolerance, and I am prescribed 40mg vyvanse and 10mg adderall ir per day. I take it a few times a week only, and this is more than enough for me. Your doses sound pretty high for a nontolerant person.

60 to 75mg of Adderall IR? Good god man, how do you handle all that fire under your ass from the L-amphetamine? At least get prescribed some Dexedrine (d-amphetamine) if you are going to dose that high...
