Vyvanse 70 mg

i am adhd and have been on addrell for years and years. Now i go to a different PA and she does not prescribe addrell. She prescribes vynase 70 mg and it is not doing one thing for me. I can't even make myself get out of my chair. Everything is in chois in the house and out, I cry all of the time.

How much Adderall were you taking? I juggle Adderall 30 mg and Vyvanse 70 mg. Most days I take one Addy on waking (beats coffee!), then a Vyvanse at noon, and the second Adderall mid-afternoon. If I skip a day I get, like, VERY depressed.

Both are amphetamines (in the final analysis) but Adderall is quicker acting and comes with stronger withdrawal. Vyvanse is creamy smooth and long lasting.

Your doc should not be so binary about Adderall. She should wean you off it gradually and take up the slack with a single Vyvanse 70 mg per day.
