Heroin Vomiting for 3 days on heroin-help:

hI,

My friend used for about a year, off an on, not too much or too high dosages. Then IVd perhaps a larger amount (second one was small but seemed to do it--cotton fever)
next was vomiting every hour or two for liek 24 hours. Tried to smoke some more next day in case that helped but more vomiting. Basically three days of vomiting. Never happened before. Any idea what this means? Black tar.

Talking in the third person is not allowed on bluelight.
If you are vomiting so much make sure to keep yourself hydrated. Being sick is a common side effect of using heroin the first few times for most people. I would suggest stopping and see whether the vomiting continues. Seek medical attention if you are worried though. Either way vomiting for this length of time is not healthy.
 
Ok thanks and sorry. It's not the 'first few times' for me, though, which is weird. Thanks for the advice. Hard to stay hydrated when one throws up what one drinks immediately. Went 24 hours clean and finally stopped vomiting 12 hours ago. just did more and so far ok. we'll see.
 
Your welcome glad the vomiting has stopped. Just keep drinking water or even better dioralyte will put all the good stuff back into your body. Even if you are still throwing up some of it will stay in there.

Go get some pedialyte and anti- nausea medication. Both of these things will help.
Plus the anti nausea med is pure sugar so it will help keep your blood glucose up a little.

Drink small sips often. Try to get at least 4ounces every hr. This will prevent dehydration.
 
Yeah just sounds like youve had too much. My friend had some buprenorphine for her first time and was throwing up and could hardly pee for about 2-3 days, I felt so bad watching her go through that because I knew it would happen with the dose she decided to take but I told her.

Anyway now that youve had more and your fine it sounds like you definitely had too much. Is this batch the same as the last one?
 
I never threw up the first 100 times I used heroin, then I went through a period of puking almost every time for a couple weeks. Could be that you're taking too much, that batch is more potent or different in some way, or you're doing other things that trigger the nausea (smoking too much, eating certain foods, etc).
