vivitrol injection withdrawal

I recently took a vivitrol injection way to early while I was still on herion and suboxone you are sposta be clean 14 days but I was only off the h for 3 days and took sub the morning of the injection about an hour after I took the injection it threw me into the most intense withdrawal I have ever had in my life and that's saying something sense I've been on opiates for upwards of 20 years anyway I suffered through it for 2 days and 2 nights on the 3rd morning I took a 1mg iv of suboxone and the withdraw backed off not much but enough to be bare able just thought idea share
