Vitamin b12

yeah I was lookin at the shots. You can buy em online with the syringes. Though I have a feeling that would led me to experience some of my 2c's and dmt the same way...

b12 shots are great for recovering from drug addiction, they actually combat some of the cravings from Ice\Heroin due to increased feeling of wellbeing, reduced anxiety, increased energy and reduced mental fogginess..

Overall a miracle vitamin.. Although for the sake of harm reduction, i'd reccomend using Human grade ampules rather than what my mates opt for (a bottle from your local petbarn store)

Reccomended dose was 5mg IM 2x a week.

Is it a miricale vitamin if taken orally ?

I take it everyday in supplements and I can't notice anything .

I get mine injected at the drs but they sell sublingual b12 at GNC you might want to look into those. Also some gyms have a Nurse come in and you can get b12 injections there. I think orally it sucks like most vitamins you only absorb a low amount so you dont get what it says on the package. If you cant get your dr to get you some or find a gym that does it try the sublingual ones. Good luck!

Cheers .
I'll look into that .

Didn't realize that a low amount of vitamins get absorbed when taken orally .

I guess I'll stop wasting my money buying multivitamins then eh

You absorb most of your "vitamins" from what you eat. Multivitamins are kind of pointless but can help if you're feeling like crap. You don't absorb how much it says on the bottle, not even close. I used to take them every day until I found that out. I don't take them daily. But I do take fish oil, vitamin c, and vitamin d daily as well as my b12 injections monthly.

Sublingual administration makes up for the low oral bioavailability and causes plasma levels to rise faster, causing a more noticeable effect. Faster with injection.

Hmmm
so sublingual is under the tounge eh ?

So I should get my vitamin pill and place it under my tounge for a while your saying ????

Also another question because o don't want to make another thread ...

So after taking high doses of b12 sublingually , will there be a "high" or any noticeable effects whatsoever ??

hmm , well ive placed a vitamin b12 tablet under my tounge , and just waiting for it to dissolve
hope it works .

il try and report back

No "high" but you will notice energy boost that's completely subtle, a decrease of anxiety, feelings of well being, and all around good stuff. Also when you wake up in the morning you will feel "awake" instead of laying around for 10 minutes and feeling groggy for 30. All in all you feel greaat without being "high"

ok well , maybe a slight increase in focus , but thats about it .

i took 200mg or micrograms i believe
