VIOLET reaction?!

Hi everyone,
just tested a pill and the reaction when purple but more of a violet lightish purple than a good dark almost black purple. The scrapings also bubbled a lot when the liquid hit them. I vaguely remember seeing that purple can indicate opiates, the dancesafe site says that the violet purple is not MDxx but doesnt' say what it is! um, er, help!
I'm going to take one anyway (in halves) before going back to the man to get the money back. I'll put a little description of how they feel up then

i'd really suggest you didnt take this. i have known people to have taken pills that give such a reaction,and they consistently wish they didn't.

Well I'm not going to do 10 of them in a night! Just one half and possibly another half. As I said I haven't taken any yet but the dealer I got them from has and says they are good and he has always been reliable in the past. It's very possible I screwed up the test...

RED TO PURPLE indicates the presence of a Heroin, or Morphine-like substance.

Heroin is highly unlikely.
It could be codeine.
Interesting.

Coedine is available w/o a prescription in many countries, and is easily available.

Other things that give tis reaction:
PCP
cocaine (but I doubt that's in there)
procaine
and I think psilocine
could be other things tho, but it is rather likely to contain an unhappy substance.
