Cocaine vicodin and coke...

if i have snorted 200 mg of vicodin in the last 20 hrs, how much coke is it safe to shoot now? i dont wanna end up crashed out alone

What is your opiate tolerance, also coke?

It's not necessarily dangerous, but the effect's do mask each other often leading to overdoses. Take no more opiates and only take a dose of coke you know you have handled before. It's fine but just as I suggested, tread with caution.
 
i have a monster opiate tolerance i go thru 75 10 mgs in 3 to 4 days usually then start hunting percs. the coke i used to do alot but just started again recently
 
Acetaminophen with the 200 mgs of vikes over a long period of time is going to destroy your liver and kidneys
switch to oxycodone without acetaminophen
 
Why are you snorting so many vicodin? The oral bioavailability is much higher than nasal, and all the tylenol in those pills is seriously going to damage your extremely sensitive nasal passages. Not to mention the serious risks that come with high-dose APAP ingestion. Switch to cold water extractions and to taking your drugs orally.

And now you want to snort cocaine? The problem with mixing uppers and downers is not only does it put all the extra stress on your body (especially in the case of cocaine), but they also mask the effects of one another which can obviously lead to some issues when you're (also obviously) binging. Add to this the fact that cocaine is cut to shit with god knows what these days, and it's notorious vasoconstrictive properties and you have yourself a quality bad idea.

EDIT: Just re-read the post and saw the OP said "shoot cocaine." Don't do that either, still a bad idea.

you snort vicodin and yet you can slam coke?

plus no one can tell you how clean the coke is. the shit on the streets is so nasty nowadays...not worth it at all.
 
You need to worry about the fact that you consumed 10-20 grams of Tylenol over the past day before you worry about shooting coke my friend.
 
Wow, how the hell did you manage to snort 20 vikes in the last 20 hours? I used to snort vicodin when I was younger and I could never snort more than 1 or 2 because of the huge amount of powder it breaks up into. Also, like others have mentioned, that is way too much tylenol to be ingesting in one day. So, if you have the 325/10mg vikes, that means you ingested 6.5 grams of tylenol in 20 hours. That is a dangerous amount, 4 grams in 24 hours is the limit. I think you'll be fine if this isn't something you do every day but I would go to the hospital and get your liver checked out just to be on the safe side.
 
IF he's snorting vickes like he says he is I Would guess the only thing saving him is all that powder as I doubt it all being absorbed
 
yous gonna die or feel some nasty feelings from that apap/tylenol/ibuprofen/whateveryouwannacallit... don't consume vicoden like that it will fuck your liver up
 
This is a very uneducated post... To the OP: please follow oxides advice. Theres way too much apap in that dose, vicodin should never be snorted due to the active/inactive ratio (5mg of what you are after compared to 500mg, 5x that of buffer!) your mucous membranes cant absorb all of that powder, and then mixing that with coke? iv coke no less?
