Vicks?

I'm fairly new to this and feel ready to start experimenting. I've seen alot of postings about vicks. If anyone can give me specifics (hey, I'm a moron) including which type of vicks (I've seen different active ingredients) I would be greatly appreciative.
Also if you can think of anything else cool to try, please advise.

I did a simple search for "vicks" and this came up among the other dozen or so threads for Vicks. If you spend 1 or 2 minutes looking around before posting, you'll find a slew of threads devoted to "fun things to do while ....ing". Just do a little reading and use the search engine.
