. Ok, so, tomorrow, after court, i have a feeling i will be drug tested for opiates. I have a drink that i bought from a headshop (brand/name = "Vale - detox drink, vitamin berry formula," [or something along those lines, brand is 100% "Vale" though]), but when i bought it, asked them for a drink saying it was for passing a marijuana DT (which it was at the time) - never used it, but heard it works great from friends who used it for weed. never heard any reports for other drugs. Basically, i'm wondering if it will work as well for other drugs if anyone knows. I'm guessing if its a urine screen, it will. i say this because it sounds like, from the directions, it simply just lets you piss clean for a short period of time by blocking everything bad out by diluting it so much, and adding in other vitamins so it looks/tests as regular urine. I could be wrong, though that is my guess.
the directions aren't very thorough either, so some help there would be great. all it really says is to drink the whole bottle, refill with water and drink that, repeating w/ water as much as possible, urinating at least once before test. It doesn't say how long before the test to drink, how long it will let you test clean, etc - because, despite saying its a "detox drink," i'm fairly... ok extremely confident, that it doesn't detox/get it 100% out of your system. But, it does seem like it could very well allow you to test clean. after hearing the positive reviews for MJ, i would think it'd work great for anything else, so long as my theory is actually (close, at least) how it works - additionally, i'd think it'd work better, again, if my theory is right, since marijuana stays in your system for ~2 weeks, while opiates, 2-4 days. Anyways, thats my thoughts/question, and any help is SO GREATLY WELCOMED, as, if i do get tested (id say 50/50), a positive could have me kicked outta my house, and, perhaps even worse, as my lawyer (one of the best in the state) is giving me ~10,000 free services (as hes in the family), but only putting in such effort b/c hes in the family and says hes only helping me b/c i seem clean/better and want to get better. If i dont seem serious, he won't "waste his time."So, obviously i'm gonna drink it anyways for precaution - but, any more info would be great b/c if i know for sure it won't work, i can try my best to come up w/ a reason that i can't take the test immediately/need to pick a different day. would obviously seem super sketch/bad so i;d like to avoid.
