Hi guys,

I have very less beard and body hair ( I have some hairs on legs not on thigs, very less in armpits and around reproductive system)and I really want to grow beard and body hair.

I am very skinny and not able put on wieght also and tried to eat more and followed many diets which are rich in protien and carbohydrates.

I am 25 year old man but look like a 16 year old boy.

After my lots of reaserch in internet got to know that, these symptoms are because of low testosteron in males.

1. Can i test my testosteron in clinics if yes which type of doctor i need to meet like genetist, sexologist or endocrinologist.

2. Or can i directly go for steroids if yes which are the good steroids(Names) in market which you recommand for me. what will be course information. Are there

3. Any significant side effects of steroids.

Guys, I need your help in this as am very new to this world. If any body used before please share your experiances. Please !!!!!.

You should visit a endocrinologist. You should also maybe exaggerate your symptoms a bit.
He will check your testosteron levels and probably some other hormones.

He will probably prescribe you testosteron depending on the results. If he won't, I'd suggest to just visit another endocrinologist.

And I advise you to stay clear of using steriods just by yourself. You could seriously screw your hormone levels if you aren't under professional supervision.

Body hair and muscles are only two of many physiological characteristics that testosterone affects. Maybe you just don't have the right genetics for those. If your overall testosterone were low, you would not likely be lean at 25.

Visit the endricologist. Be honest with him and he will probably run some tests to determine your testosterone levels. If they come back low then he will probably prescribe TRT.

I would steer clear of self medicating. Wanting to grow body hair isn't a particularly good reason to use steroids. Some people just don't produce a lot of body hair.

Should you wish to try something natural, you may look into Tongkat Ali; I tried this once as a libido booster, since it's meant to...release more free testosterone, or boost production, or something like that. However, I should have tried it more slowly.

It made me horny, but also aggressive, and very prone to emotional breakdowns - and it made my skin break out, kind of like puberty condensed into one week.

Approach with caution if you do try it.

Agreed, I go the gym a lot and when I am on my test cycles, I do get more horney. However there are other side effects that you will not want....hair growth, hair loss, shrinking of testicles, possible Gyno(bitch tits), breakouts, rage, highly emotional. Now these are not present with a lot of perscribed or over the counter "excitement boosters" and if I was not working on building ym muscles, I would newver use test for libido. The only real side effects with the perscribed or over the counter ex libido aids in a headache or migrane the next day.....this can be battled with excedrine migrane after you do the deed and every 3 hours

Yeah, I tried it as something that sort of works with what your body's already got, rather than feeding it more testosterone from the outside, but still - the unwanted effects really sucked; especially a skin breakout in your late twenties!

I can't vouch for its efficacy, but DHEA is a testosterone precursor and it is available over the counter in all 50 states. I have heard anecdotal evidence in its favor, but also some people report little-to-no effect. It's fairly inexpensive, so it might be worth checking out.

Keep in mind, though, that you may very well be fighting with genetics here. Some people have a full beard before they start high school, while others can go a week without shaving when they're 45 years old.

Just out of curiosity, what ethnicity are you?
