Opioids Using Nefopam while on Suboxone

Yes it should. According to the pharmacology it doesn't exert it's effect by binding to opioid receptors so Suboxone should not have any effect on efficacy. Are you trying to get high on this painkiller?
 
Yeah that make sense based on what they know about it (yet to be elucidated after 50 years) it seems to be a DA/NE/5-HT reuptake inhibitor. Careful with something like that though, convulsions & seizures would therefore likely result in case of an overdose.
