Bupe Using exercise to "get rid" of bupe in my system more quickly?

Ok,this question is about other opioids as well, its just that bupe is what concerns me the most at the moment(Hope prefix isnt misleading).

So ive heard alot of stories and theories about drugs/opioids and exercise.
It is very common for me to do a 1-2 hour workout while on my usual heroin dose and be able
to go through the workout just fine.
I dont particularly feel that the workout is pushing the drug out of my system, and when i dose on heroin again
shortly (1-2 hours) after im done exercising,i even feel that a regular-to-small dose has increased effects.

However alot of people disagree, claiming that they start feeling WDs in a shorter than normal period of time when engaging to similar activities
(workout, walking long distances, having "rough" sexual intercourse etc),thats why they prefer to "not move alot" when on drugs/especially opioids.

Now i know that alot (if not most) of this is relevant to people's physical/mental state, and that everyone is and reacts different
to the same drug but heres the question:

Do you think doing an intense workout would help to lessen the effects of a small dose of bupe?
Im aware that small doses of bupe (2-4 mgs) have limited blocking effect and if taken INCORRECTLY(swallowed instead sublingual)
the effect is even smaller(for some people its none).

After such a dose(swallowing 2-4mgs) i usually have to wait about 8 hours to dose on heroin properly and be able to feel everything/get high
so to speak.

Do you think that maybe sweating it out with some exercise would cause the bupe to "come out" even faster from my system?

Anybody having experiences with something similar?

It won't make any significant difference. I actually feel high longer because the after exercise glow makes me feel opioids more.

Yeah, I think the opposite is true - endorphins can seem to act synergistically with physical exertion.

People lay around on opiates because they're sedating ;)

I believe that while you are addicted to opiates the body does not produce endorphin. Not enough.
After you quit it takes not only the w/d, but several months until you start functioning okay.
I guess the timing is different and quite individualized but the main idea is this.
Body stops production efficiently while on addiction to opiates, that´s as simple as that.

^I thought that receptor downregulation had more to do with it. I could be wrong about that, but I am pretty sure the body still produces endorphins, but that use of opiates has created a tolerance (for want of a better word) to endorphins by flooding some of the same receptors.

Hmm i had the same experience when tried exercising while on coke, the effects did last longer but never happened with H(which is my regular gig),
the more intense the workout becomes, the more i become more "alert" in a way and feel like the drug is slowly leaving my body.
I never get to WD like other guys claim to,in fact i still feel quite good despite feeling less and less heroin in me.

Of course, the effects are felt alot more after a workout,if i redose that is.
