Is this possible without having a VM TV package? I have a rg-6 to standard aerial so if i stuk the rg-6 cable into the tv bit (the previous tennants must've had VM tv as the satellites still wired up) and plugged the aerial end int othe back of my tv and did a scan, would it pick up the freeview channels? Also, would this be legal? (Since i'd only be watching freeview channels i just imagine if it worked itd be better signal than with an indoor aerial)

I'm not very tech savvy, just wondering if this'd work & i apologize this is probably way below the usual standard of discussion here

Cheers :)
