Hi guys.

I watched this seminar multiple times when I was first learning about dieting and nutrition, and found them to be very useful. They're really good for anyone that doesn't know the basics really. The focus is on building muscle (Milos Sarcev is a bodybuilder), but I found that the information can easily be tweaked to suit your personal fitness goals.

i could definitely stand to gain some weight. i'm 6'3" and teetering at about 150 lbs right now.

i'm always "trying" to gain weight, but not that hard. i don't drink protein powders or things like that.

maybe i'll give these videos a watching..
