Urine screening for adderall script

Hey guys,

Ive had a prescription to adderall for over a year now, but recently my doctor said that they needed to a urine screening before they could write another script as part of policy or something.

What are they screening for? just the level of adderall in the system? or are they screening for other stuff like weed?
I smoke weed so Im worried that if that shows up in the test, that they may deny my script.

does anyone know if they are testing for stuff like that? or had any experiance with this

probably screening for drugs you are not prescribed and maybe to check the level of adderall in your system to make sure you are taking your 'medication'. i can't say for sure but i don't see any other reasons for a urine screening for an adderall script. if you piss mj or any other recreational drug they'll probably deny your script. i know of a couple people that told their doc they blaze and the doc cut off they're script. docs don't like it when you take any other drug except than the ones they tell you to.
