Someone already tried starting a thread like this and I closed it explaining that since it's harder to score in smaller upstate towns that it would lead to too much sourcing on here, so just use the general heroin discussion thread.

Also, all city specific heroin threads need to be approved by the forum mods before being started so it should have been brought up to one of us first.
