Heroin Unusual feeling after shot?

I did a shot the other day and I got the usual heart race which usually last a few seconds for me. But it ended up lasting for almost two hours. It was very scary to say the least. I was so messed up at one point I imagined by phone ringing and answered what I thought was my phone but was actually my hand. I have done a lot of opiates but I have never experienced this before. What the hell was it. I asked the girl I got it from and she was like "you did to much, when you do to much it becomes speedy, when that happens to me my eyes get all big and stuff." That doesn't make any sense. At high does opiates don't work the opposite way they normally do. Was it cut with some time of amphetamine like meth or something to give a rush? My normal guy is out of town for the week, this girl can get great stuff but safety is a priority. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
 
I remember the part about the phone hand so I'm pretty sure this is a cross post or a repost.

Either way we don't know what was in your drugs. It could have been cut with something, it could have been you just being really high and not objectively evaluating yourself, it could have been an allergic reaction, we just don't know so there is no real point speculating about it.
