unusual choices for meth comedown, safe or?

So I wanted to take a combination of flexoral and tramadol oh and drink a budlight lol. My last dose of meth was 15 hours ago so I was thinking I'd be in the clear to take some tram right? I have heard of people mixing meth and tramadol at the same time and not experiencing any SS but everyone is different. Also the flexoral would be okay as well right to add?

I wouldn't expect there to be any complications from this combination. The only problem that I've noted and that you've covered is that tramadol is seratonergic, so you raise your risk of experiencing Serotonin Syndrome. Otherwise you should be safe.

As for the promethazine, I don't know if that's anything I would actively pursue during a stimulant comedown. It's a useful mild-sedative and antihistamine no doubt, but I've found the peripheral nervous system effects can actually antagonize the already shitty bodily feeling experienced.

Alcohol and depresants can be unsafe, I just have to say that for HR's sake...

That being said, the combination should be safe, but everyone is different.

how much tramadol do you have? Thats your best bet if you plan on staying awake. flexiril makes me uncomfortably tired, but if you want to zonk out then thats the way to go.

Also if you plan on taking more then 150mg of tram, make sure you are well hydrated. Tramadol can cause seizures, even in people who have taken it before. Thats my 2¢

Well I just read on Drugs.com there is a major risk combining the tramadol and flexiril because both apparently lower the seizure threshold..I knew about tram but not about the flexoral causing that problem. So I'll leave that out I guess just the promethazine and tramadol than?

How much tram do you have/plan on taking? Promethazine just make you want to go to bed.

Thanks man I also figured they would be safe as well thinking flexiril is just a muscle relaxant but learned it has affects on the 5ht receptor as well. I also want to add shortly after posting this question I had a scary experience where I stood up to fast and had a fall out hit my head and was awoken to my dad freaking out I don't remember any of this. I ended up not taking any of those pills being to afraid of something else happening

Thats definitely best. I am epileptic and have had a few seizures from come downs.

From what my friends say, i will stand up, faint and as soon as I hit the ground it's seizure city.

Meth is soo hard on the body/brain compared to other drugs. I just recently decided I would never do it again after a rough night in the er. But again I have other health problems.
