Unmarked White/Clear Capsules in Oxycontin Bottle...

So I found an old bottle of Oxycontin that my brother had prescribed to him awhile ago, the only problem is that the pills inside were clear capsules filled with white powder and the pills are not marked. The bottle says Oxycontin 10mg on it but I've never seen any opioids that were unmarked. Any help would be appreciated.
