So long story short, this girl offered me for a drink, we went out she payed for every single one. We went back to my place put music on and started shagging. Shortly after sex she was aggresive while talking about her ex boyfriend running away, so i chucked her out. I made sure she went to a friends and she was safe (all in the statements people gave, or so they should be!!) Next thing i know the police call me asking me to come to the station voulantary, so i did and gave a statement complete voulantary. I wasnt cautioned charged or anything, then they let me go. A month later i havent heard anything back,

I came inside her without wearing a condom, so surly if she had evidence that i raped her + me admitting to ejaculating inside her, they would have locked me up right away? Should i be worrying as much as i am, cause im so fucking scared. You cant begin to imagine this feeling i have inside, i feel like dying :(
 
I think you should be fine.

I would consider not having sex with women who you don't thoroughly know on a personal level, because that is a pretty bad situation to be with. Often police will assume the male is in the wrong, even if the female is the perpetrator (happened to my friend).
 
i would rather not call the police, i know that sounds stupid but im fucking terrified but fuck it i'll call them on monday after the weekend. I'll keep you updated bluelight.
 
This shit almost happened to me a week ago when my new drunk out of her mind neighbor invited me into her apartment. She was promptly on my lap making out with me within 20 mins, and within an hour she was butt naked in my bed telling me to fuck her and saying a lot of stuff that didn't make sense. I told her I just wanted to make out and get to know her so we headed back to her place and made out for a while but she still wanted to fuck and kept trying to seduce me sticking her boobs in my face and what not the whole thing got weird so I just left. The next day when I tried to talk to her she just ignored me and went back inside her house. I've knocked on her door a couple of times cause she is really hot and wouldn't mind doing her sober but she wont answer. That incident happened a week ago and we haven't interacted since.:p

When people have some kind of mental problems, the alcohol usually brings it out in full effect. You are lucky you didnt bang her because you might have had a serious problem on your hands. Now she doesnt wanna talk to you while sober meaning she knows she made herself look like a fool while drunk.

I know how it works but i was fresh in her, 2 days. So i kind of had to or i would look guilty. I just wanted to be gone from there, espcialy for a charge like this
