Opioids Uh oh..may need help from benzo/opiate combo... ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE!

I'm on maintenance methadone therapy, with a substanital daily dose of 200 mg methadone. It's working well so far and has been a godsend in many areas of my time. Mt doctor also (reluctantly) allowed me to take Zopiclone (Lunesta in the US) but just one pill per day (7.5 mg) since opieates and benzos can be lethal as we all know. I was on this regimen for several months so far, to no ill effects.

The trouble is, I just accidentally doubled my dosage of the zopiclone since I thought I forgot to take it, but obviously did in fact after it hit me harder than a brick wall - along with recent methadone dosing too. It's kind of scary how out of it I feel. So I took 15 mg zopiclone (which is a BENZO agonist in an indirect way from actual benzos, but the end result is a similar effect.

I have some coke here too, because I'm paranoid that I could pass out from respiratory depression, so I want to try countering these effects as long as I can.

Question 1: even with a stable dose of 200 mg methadone. could the 15 mg benzo drug I took cause a significant problem, despite my taking a 7.5 (half) dose daily along with the methadone daily for the past few months? (all instructed by my doctor).

Question 2: Is using coke now to stay awake and fight it off a good idea, or at the very least, not likely to exacerbate the situation??

I'D REALLY APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL HELP. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO SEDATED FROM MY ZOPICLONE - FIRST TIME I EVER DOUBLE DOSED.

Anyone??? Please, this is really important! I have a very long history of use, but am always careful. I feel as if I could lose consciousness any minute.
 
Telling you to use coke to counteract this is not in the interests of HR, I would say get someone to babysit and if you cant do that, go to the ER. I personally think you will be okay, though given that you are on a tremendous dose of methadone, so obviously you have some crazy tolerance that an extra 7.5mg of zopiclone probably just makes you super sleepy.
 
There's a fine line between ingesting your daily dose if Zoplicone & taking another dose & overdosing.......since you have experience with both, that favors you being okay.

I wouldn't speedball just to counteract the opiates & benzos, it could tailspin out of further control.

You would be okay drinking some energy drinks......or coffee.
