Tylenol/Ibuprofen with Ecstasy

I've done a very thorough search on using Tylenol or Ibuprofen with Ecstasy, but have not found exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm always a bit paranoid about high fever while rolling, and for my peace of mind (which is a good thing when rolling), I want to know if a fever reducer can be taken while rolling to reduce fever without negative effects. It seems that both Tylenol and Ibuprofen are okay to combine with ecstasy as far as health goes (as long as not exceeding the recommended dose), but does it remove from the effect of ecstasy or pose any other threats?

I'm surprised at the lack of information found on this subject.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can give me an answer with evidence. Please don't respond with only "don't do it it's bad". That's not helpful.

Tylenol is a pretty benign drug by itself, it only becomes a problem if you take a lot of it or mix it with alcohol. As long as you're taking the recommended doses, which, for me, would be something less than 1000 or 750mg. Usually you only need one or two Tylenol pill (325mg each) is all you will need to reduce the fever if you need to reduce the fever in the first place.

As long as you keep hydrated and don't drink alcohol or consume other medications containing Tylenol there shouldn't be a problem.

^^indeed... i have taken APAP during a rave whilst on MDMA coz i got a headache and it really helped... and i have never heard of the combo being counter-indicated
