Opioids Tylenol 3 Syrup Cold Water Extraction (CWE)?

Hi everyone. I googled the hell out of this and even searched bing and was unable to find anything. I have a bottle of Acetaminophin with Codeine which I was prescribed after my surgery. I have a bad liver so I want to avoid consuming the acetaminophen. I've read that you can extract the codeine from the acetaminophen through the Cold Water Extraction method, but they only tell you how to do it with the pills. I have the syrup and was wondering how can I achieve the same thing?

Their is no way to do it unless you have a masters in science and still you would lose alot of codine. Dont risk it. Take the recomended doseage or sell it for some oxys or somthing.
