Tylenol 3 / Codeine CWE.

So I ran out of my normal tramadol that I take and I am having very bad withdraw's. Stomach issues, RLS, Insomnia etc etc. I got my tooth pulled a few months back and have a stock of T3's. Now I've been CWE'ing 4 tabs at a time 300mg APAP/ 30mg Codeine. This only lasts at max 2 hours and then I have to go back and take another 4 tab shot of it. IK the APAP is of no worry since its being CWE'd and Im filtering it about 3 times each dose but my worry is that I am slowly killing myself with the codeine. I really need some input here because it helps with the withdraws but its not worth dieing for if you know what I mean. I am ordering Kratom atm and it should be here in a few days but thats still a few days away and I am still gunna be taking the codeine. Can someone please give me some input.

opiates (codeine in your case) do ZERO permanent physical damage to the user assuming your getting all the APAP out your fine. why do you that you are "slowly killing yourself" with codeine.

I mean as in overdosing by taking too much too soon. I didnt mean like slowly over the course of years of use, I meant slowly as in the course of the day lol. IDK if Im ingesting too much to the point of having too much in my system because I have to take it so often in such high doses.

ok well overdosing would be quickly killing yourself not slowly. sorry if i seem a bit agitated my morphine is starting to wear off. any who doing 120mgs at a time is fine your not gonna od. some people take 400mgs at a time and are fine just do not take that much unless you develop a large tolerance.

Your fine once i (stupidly) took 6 tylenol 3s without any cwe or anything and just was sick.

Im codeine expert and all I can say is if your CWE is turning crystal clear like water then your In the safe zone , with that amount your doing you will be fine just fine . I personally do 600mg codeine daily in the one CWE . Welcome to BL

Ya Its coming out next to crystal clear, sometimes if Im lazy it will come out with a very VERY slight fog to it, but i could easily read fine text through the cup (which is a frosted plastic) (I do this as a test to make sure I got enough APAP out.)
Im on day 3 of doing this and I only seem to have had stomach issues the first day when I took 2 pills on a empty stomach because I couldnt wait (full on withdraw), other than that its been good days. Still suffering from slight withdraw pains here and there, but it is 100x better having the Codeine there to help. Kratom is in the mail and should be here Monday maybe Tuesday.

no worries that's how I test as well reading texts through the cup , Im assuming the stomache pains were from the tramadol withdrawal , because I don't think 1g of paracetamol will do that (2 tablets you took ) that's the recommended dose. your lucky you can taid tramadol , I was prescribed that for a back pain and it gave me a seizure couldn't sleep that night thinking I was gonna have another one , and that was off 100mg since then I have never taken tramadol . It sucks there's a ceiling dose for codeine that's why I make a poppy seed tea as well to take about an hour after my codeine dose I use 500g poppy seed just put it in a plastic bottle and add a cup full of water in there and shake it for like 3 mins then untwist the lid a little bit and squeeze all the water back into a cup it makes the codeine so much better and kratom is awesome which one are you getting ? I personally like kratom Bali , how do you make the taste more tolerable ? I like mixing it with peanut butter and making a sandwich yumm
