My friends and I are going to have a FRIENDS marathon this weekend (Season 1 to 4). I thought I'd bring it up here for you friends to talk about that TV show.

Anyway, here's my opinion about that show:
1. It is my 2nd best tv sitcom after Seinfeld.
2. I think Rachel is sooooo hot! Rachel the character not Jennifer Aniston.
3. I have yet to see season the rest of the seasons after season 4.
 
I think I am the only one who thinks rachel and monica are icky and phoebe is the hot one. I have a thing for airheads. Rachel has a great bod but her face is so dull. never got the attraction to her.

As for the show, I love it. I used to bash it endlessly, when I was too cool foranything mainstream. This was when it first came on. what year was that???? been about 10 years or so huh??? Then I watched it, and I loved it!!
 
It slowly and subtly changed into a metrosexual show for women. Nothing wrong with that of course. If you're a woman - or a metrosexual ;)

I love this show. I watch it all the time, and I download the episodes too. I don't really agree with you ML, but then I rarely do!

It's a fun comedy. Joey tends to annoy me more than any of the other cast.

if anyone is annoying it is Ross. *ick* *blech* gag.

his horrible features and characteristics were only accentuated by that episode that he played a remarkable look alike of himself. remember that one??
 
nah I like ross, he's got some funny lines. hes good at being self deprecating. joey is such an ugly manwhore, and he's aged horribly. lol. i've been watching a LOT of episodes lately and the ones with joey have grated on my nerves..

almost like they've tried to force a personality on him in the later shows... sorry not gonna work ;)
 
Of course you like the show - you are females. Proves my point more than anything ;)

I dunno, I just somehow get the feeling I am watching a romantic comedy starring Meg Ryan when I see the endless cuddling and romance scenes. Entire series turned into anticipation of some milestone in people's relationships - or waiting for a baby - or whatever.

They still have fairly good writing - but the subject matter has shifted, imho, from a gender neutral one to a fixation on the sort of thing most guys don't get into all that much...

Again, this is just my oppinion, but several of my friends have retreated from this former safe haven of laughter for the exact same reasons. At this point - who gives a flying crap if they were on a break or if they love each other or what? =D

well my boyfriend likes the show.

the show has matured and it's heading toward the end. it's not going to be the same as it was in the beginning where their love lives were DOA, as the song says.

if you dont like it, don't watch it. simple.
 
i wasn't being defensive. this is discussion. try to not read so much into my comments.
