Hi, so swim is experiencing some symptoms swim was hoping someone with some experience might be able to point he to how swim might recover from them. I am an iv meth user and swims usually buy a ball run through it in 2 weeks and then take a break for a little bit before swim buy another batch. This time around after sleeping with someone who was hiv positive swim went to work out of town doing construction and maybe slept 1 day out of the 6 that week. On the last day I got to feeling pretty bad when swim got home and have had a bad pain in my back, a metallic taste in his mouth and have been having rapidly deteriorating tooth pain. After taking 3 days off and sleeping and eating and resting the pain hasn't gone away. It seems like my intestines are swollen and my stomach always feels swollen like swim am bloated. Swim also am having a pain behind his right ear and weak gums. Any advice or wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well, I am hoping for best possible outcomes for you.

I would tell someone who is not you first of all, I am not a doctor, I am an enthusiast and someone who has empathy for your situation.

The range of potential complications from methamphetamine is a bit too wide for me to draw a conclusion the won't end with- You're going to need to go see a doctor...

Are you infected at any of your injection sites?
Metallic taste can come from both nervous system dysfunction/damage, or it can come from kidney and liver issues, it also can be caused by infection, so watch and address any of those types of injuries to avoid larger issues.

Between swollen stomach the location of your pain in your lower back, metallic taste it's pointing at liver / kidney - obviously I can't be the guy to tell you which one... The only thing I can say in good faith giv is you need to have a very open and honest conversation with a medical professional—
I'm out your rooting for you man, hope things get better soon.

Soooo. Turns out swim went to the doctor to get tests ran and his test results came back for hep c. Which was kind of expected. But, he was still getting high like all day and now he is saying that he just did about a .3 and doesn’t Even feel high. He said his feet look swollen and he feels painful in the left side of his upper back. I think he is just begging for sympathy. But he wanted me to post the update on here cause he doesn’t think he can stop.

He has been doing subs too and only has a half of one left, This has been for the past 3 months.

But he says he just got his hands on some bars last week and has found himself taking them a little too close together, I’m pretty sure he mashed the sub up with the bars.

Do you think he is in treading on dangerous territory right now?

Or am I just being that overly concerned friend?

Any opinions would be well accepted.
Thanks
