This is the most amazing life changing trip i have ever had, full of life revelations, thoughts on why organized religion is bullshit, and the hypercontinuum responsible for the unseen truth of what life really is.
pay special attention to the last 3 paragraphs as i believe this is the most important part, i have proof that organized religion is a cover up.

Keep an open mind about "God" and the "brain". It is possible to produce spiritual experiences in people by inserting two metal wires into certain parts of the brain and sending electric current through it. This is not proof of god, merely an example of brain neurons firing in a certain order.
I'm not knocking or denying the spiritual experiences you get from drugs, but bear in mind the very real possibility that it's all a figment of your brains imagination.

Right on, TripDoc. I think the key to "rigging" a trip, e.g. giving yourself a far more than typical chance of enjoying the experience, is the kind of research you're doing here :-)
I myself haven't really had a full-blown trip in close to two years now....I've been too afraid. I haven't reached the kinds of utterly mind-shattering bad trips I've read about in reports, but I've had enough unpleasant experiences -- like most psychonauts -- to back off. It got the point where it didn't seem like i was doing anything but causing myself discomfort when i put myself through those experiences.
Some day very soon, though, I plan to return to those realms. Perhaps take a more "Murple-like" approach, if you will, and be willing to accept some "bad" experiences along the way for the long-term goal of finding my true center and truly connecting with the Universe. The idea of having more traditional "get wasted" drugs like opiates available to direct the experience is a novel one, and something that I intend to explore.
 
I think it is funny that if a green lighter would have made this post everyone would have been jumping down their throat. But I guess tripdoctor must be l33t like that.

No, it's when Greenlighters (and Bluelighters apparently) make asinine posts like yours that they get shit.
A) Doc has more than established he is a valued and respected member of OD. Can't really remember you posting much though.
B) If a greenlighter actually had the knowledge and patience to make a post like that, it would get the credit it deserves.

Problem with bluelight is that people incorrectly think that more posts equals more value and respect. Not so in my experience with this forum.

Again the simple notion that greenlighter = inexperience and lack of knowledge is nonsense. The only thing that greenlighter = is that the person has just registered or has not made many posts. Nothing more, nothing less. Funny how only insecure bluelighters think it means anything more than that.
That trip reports deserves no credit or respect. It should be held high as an example of how someone attempted to both 'wake' themselves up AND put themselves to 'sleep' at the same time. I doubt whether the author entirely understood the Leary - Wilson 8-circuit model of consciousness.

Trip should be celebrated. He is very smart and it is an interesting trip report. If anyone else would have wrote the report, they would have received just as much praise.
You're right, the number of posts doesn't mean shit. But, the number of informed, intelligent ones does. Trip has those in spades.

Fuck me - RELAX. I don't know how much K or shrooms you've taken but it certainly isn't enough. Taking mushrooms is kinda when you realise we're all one and there's no need to insult anyone.
 
while i do agree with you tripdoctor, murple still posts on the shroomery and he's one of the best there is. however, most people are retarded, just like the majority of bluelight.
 
All I was trying to point out was that if I had posted a link to my trip report people like you would have told me to keep it in trip report section. I just think it is stupid when people think their experiences are more important then other peoples'. It probably has to do with my general dislike of class structure.

The only thing that scares me about what you just said is that your life is sooo sad you have nothing better to do. But then you do mix opiates and tryptamines and claim it to be the most life changing experience of your life!! need I say more?
