This is pretty interesting you would think cannabis would have dire affects on someone who's mentally retarded.

But this autistic kid has brightened up after his parents started feeding him brownies :D

these results are surprising maybe, but common actually common in the psychiatric/medical world, just filed away with similar studies on cannabis and its derivatives; literally more scientific studies have been done on this plant then any other plant.... why? and what happened?

in the BL canna-wiki i posted similar medical abstracts, but with schizo-type patients, most of whom were unresponsive to common "antipsychotics". taking numerous cognitive functioning tests, they, the schizos scored better on cannibinol, then 'undiagnosed healthy' people, heh.

this may be another good contribution for the cannabis-wiki.

I definitely read an article about this somewhere else, it's interesting because in stories like this marijuana obviously has a valid medical purpose, and there's no reason to rule out any organic substance when dealing with the brain I feel...
