travel insurance for methadone user

hi guys,I'm new,I was wondering if anyone knows of any insurance companies that will give a decent quote.
I'm going to India for 4 weeks.My doctor can confirm I'm clean otherwise.
Any updates and advice would be greatly appreciated.
