Hey I recently had to see a different doctor than my usual one to get some pain relief for my wisdom teeth. The doctor didn't ask me if I was on any other medications before he prescribed me tramadol. Admittedly I've been taking 150-200mg instead of the 100mg he prescribed to get a bit of a recreational high. I take 100mg of seroquel and fluvoxamine every night. I haven't been able to pee properly the last 2 days and the in last hour or so I've been very fidgety and having chest pains. I googled the symptoms to see if they were side effects of tramadol and i came across serotonin syndrome. How do i tell if thats what i have?
Would it be a good idea to go to emergency just in case or will i be fine?
Thanks in advance

Probably better safe than sorry, so yes. I would especially be concerned about the possibility of serotonin syndrome due to combining the fluvoxamine with tramadol.

Significant - Monitor Closely:

Potential for significant interaction (monitoring by your doctor is likely required)
fluvoxamine oral + tramadol oral

fluvoxamine oral and tramadol oral both increase affecting serotonin levels in the blood. Too much serotonin is a potentially life-threatening situation. Severe signs and symptoms include high blood pressure and increased heart rate that lead to shock.

fluvoxamine oral + Seroquel oral

fluvoxamine oral will increase the level or effect of Seroquel oral by altering drug metabolism
Significant - Monitor Closely:

Potential for interaction
