Well I have been introduced to tramadol and love it. But recently it hasn't been giving me the same effect. It used to give mea slight euphoria and a slight nod. But now I takes 300 mgs and barely feel buzzed. I would like to know your experiences with tramadol. I have also been notified from other sources that tramadol effects everyone differently, it can be very recreational for some, and worthless to others. It used to be amazing for such a weak drug, but now it's doing very little for me. Am I building a tolerance? If so, what dosage would you recommend?

Don't take more than 250 mg it can be dangerous. you risk serotonin syndrome and seizures. I think you just have to deal with the fact that it is all you are going to get from it.

We don't allow the silly "my chihuaha" stuff, it is against the rules.

The generally accepted limit for tramadol is 400mg before you run into seizure risks.

If 300mg isn't doing anything for you any more, then yeah, you have built a tolerance. The only way to get it down is to stop using for a while.

tramadol doesnt do much for me either... once u build up a opiate tolerance u most likely wont get much out of it. i had to take about 400 mg to feel good at the opiate tolerance level i had at that time. it made me paranoid that i would have a seizure tho... i never took more than 500mg in one day and was on benzos at the same time.
tramadol can also cause serotonin syndrome... i have no idea why dr's in my area think its a safer alternative to hydro's or something like that.
what is the reason u choose tramadol? is it for pain at all?

Alright, but can I say "a friend of mine" Due to the fact of probationary terms?

No..that is not accepted either. What do you mean "probationary terms"? If you are concerned about incriminating yourself, using terms like those do not protect you whatsoever and it makes posts difficult to read (regardless of what anyone thinks, LE not so stupid that don't know its you!).

A lot of docs choose tramadol because in most states it is not controlled and not considered a "true" opiate. When it first came it it was said that it was not as addictive as opiates.
