Hey

Have only 50mg of tramadol but also have 60mg of codeine phosphate and 25mg promethazine and some high grade cannabis.
What would be best order to take them in to achieve any euphoric high, just codeine on its own takes about 90-120mg with weed to get me quite high.
Also would it be worth adding two 8/500 co cocadomol to the mix to add another 16mg.

not supposed to be telling u how to get high ... anyway ... take the tramadol atleast an hour before the codeine , the prometh straight after the codeine and wait about half an hour to smoke the weed , and of course u should take the extra 16mg ontop of the 60mg , dont expect too much , dont smoke too much weed either otherwise itll overpower the effects . if 90-120mg gets u high , this will probs work pretty well .

I dont want to "revive" this thread even though its not that old and I didnt wanna get shit for making a new tramadol potentiation thread haha.
But I have been taking 50-100mg of tramadol 3-4 times a week, for two weeks just because I dont want to fuck with hardcore addiction anymore...

So Ive read that for tramadol to be potentiated (or for more to convert to desmethyl-tramadol), the CYP2D6 must be INDUCED, and the CYP3a4 must be INHIBITED
I dont think its widely known on the forums (or at least i havent read it through hours of searching) that Green Tea inhibits CYP3a4, as well as Grape Seed Extract.

I just happened to have GRAPE seed extract (not grapefruit seed but thats a CYP3a4 Inhibitor also), but green tea is widely available and common.
I drank green tea yesterday night and today in the morning and took some grape seed extract also.

I hope this info isnt useless because Im going to try it out anyways and report back.

Also, since alcohol induces CYP2d6, would it help potentiate or does it mess with CYP3a4 also?
I will add sources in a bit

Damn well it turns out there is a thread with a chart of CYP-450 that shows inhibitors, inducers, and substrates. I dont know how i missed that but that chart is mostly just pharms from what I see, not much natural or easily attainable things so I guess I'll just continue updating
