Hi, I made a long ass post hijacking a thread last night so I'll try to go straight to the point. I quit bupe after 4years 16Days ago, since here we only get the transdermal patches the max I was taking was 2-3mg a day (1,44mg/24 hours in 3x20mcg/h patches) and I used it sublingual (sometimes extracted sometimes not) for breakthrough pain depending on the intensity.....I tapered off from 20mcg/h (480mcg/24hs) to 5mcg/h (120mcg/24 hours) and went cold turkey after that for 16 days, I took 300mg Tramadol yesterday....I wonder if that's gonna "reset" the whole withdrawal process, I have IBS/chronic diarrhea unless I take a hefty dose of bupe or a potent full-on agonist before I go to sleep (haven't done Oxys since 2006 and H since 2010) and have a work meeting in an hour (I work from home due to my stomach issues but I need to go get paid) so I ended taking up 6mg lope last night and also took my abcd benzo combo (alprazolam,bromazepam,clonazepam,diazepam) and Zolpidem and Pregabaline but still could barely sleep more than 6hours and that's a lot by the wd standards....well I was wondering how many steps back I took if any by taking a Tramadol dose, and though I'm really tempted to take another one today at 8pm (last evening I dosed at ~6pm) for a dinner I have! also involving business (if it wasn't for money or drugs I wouldn't leave the house due to how I'm feeling but hey I gotta get paid, and luckily I get 90% of my shit legally thru Doctors, except for my weed which I get it delivered in a fancy European car for a price laughable in America) and yesterday I felt like biking, I arranged meetings, made more money than I do in 3-4days of just trading inside the house...was wondering if that was mostly the SNRI/SSRI effect (though I got itchy and I'm constipated but don't feel constipated as with lope, was wondering if Wellbutrin could be used for WD's and how bad using Tramadol say once a month/couple of months is after 16days of bupe Wd and then say after 30/45? Am I "reseting" the whole w/d or since I'm not getting norbuprnorphine and the mu agonism is so light it's more akin to taking an instant working anti-depressant (which would explain how I felt/I'm feeling)...also since I have chronic diarrhea/IBS it doesn't make such a big difference for me which it sucks, but for how long is it normal to get the runs on bupe WD's, and generally for how long do you take Lope? BTW I'm getting vesicular surgery soon so I'll be back on opiates for a while but it's gonna be in a couple of months hopefully. Thanks for the reply sorry for the rant
