Opioids Tramadol, Kratom, Dilaudids combination?

I took 3g of Kratom at 6:30am and 100mg of tramadol at 8am. I want to take 4mg of dillies at 12pm. I have a high tolerance to opiates. I can take up to 40mg of Percocet and still feel alright. I am withdrawing from Percocet I usally take 100mg daily sometimes more and I feel horrible right now. thanks.
 
If u usually take 40mg of oxy i think u will be okay but tramadol is a sketchy drug i dont like to take it let alone mix it with other drugs but 100mg is not a huge dose..no one here can predict the future so we have no idea what will happen but my opinion through my experience is that u will be fine.
