Opioids Tramadol - 5 days use can I just stop ?

So I haven't been on here for a while, ive been busy reshaping my life

Anyway I have been diagnosed with a umbilical hernia and it keeps popping out and popping back in again, not a pleasant feeling and also been quite painful, so the doc prescribed me Tramadol 100mg 4 times a day. Originally I was on co-codamol 30/500 for 7 days but the pain wasnt under control, I have a very high opiate tolerance

I hate this so called synthetic "Opiate" and been taking it for 5 days. its weird, i dont get any pain relief and i get these weird goosebumps when it kicks in and these weird rushes up my spine and neck and also it feels kinda like a very mild PWD (precipitated withdrawal) , i am yawning, and generally feel uncomfortable with the squirts

am i ok to just stop the tramadol ? i dont like it, its weird and does nothing for me. I am back at the quacks tomorrow for the results of my abdomen scan and I am gonna tell him the truth but dont want to seem like I am drug seeking, co-codamol didnt work, tramadol DEFINATELY does not work so not sure what else they will do for me (knowing my background ;-) ) I have a severe allergic reaction to anti-inflammatory and stuff like ibuprofen so its real difficult for me to get the required pain relief

i dont wanna get hooked again as I have been clean for quite some months and all my blood tests were good and liver function etc, just worried that I am gonna be in pain and they wont give me anything thats gonna even touch the sides (which is my own fault i know) its like the boy that cries wolf but now the wolf is at my door its tough shit and maybe i dont have any options.

im just worried about stopping and going through yet ANOTHER withdrawal.

my WD's in extremity Order:

1: Buprenorphine - that was hell on earth lasted about a month and a half and i was a total shell, didnt eat, wash, shave, it destroyed my soul, will never touch that shit again
2: Loperamide - very very similar to number 1, wont touch it again
3: Heroin/Oxy/Morphine - was bad but was over in 7 days
4: Codeine/Dihydrocodeine - not as bad as 3 but still lasted about 7 days
5: Pregabalin - found this quite easy for some reason and i was on 300mg a day for 9 months
6: Baclofen/Alcohol - lasted about 48 hours, no biggie

Try it. If you can't, I'd try kratom or better yet corydalis, as it's much less addictive and shares many of the properties (pain killing, constipating, but more sedative, and with dopamine antagonism as a downside). Good luck.
