Cocaine Topamax + Cocaine

Is it safe to take Topamax about half an hour after a couple small lines of coke?

What kind of effects should I expect?

Couldnt find any info on that...

Yes. It is also used to lessen the cravings.

I assume you're taking it for seizure control? My wife takes it and can not, absolutely can not use drugs while on it. Other than weed she enjoyed cocaine 5 or 6 times a year. After starting topamax she had grand mal seizures (not the norm for her) after every drug use.

I was unaware. Seizure control is the only medical condition I knew of. I know they added weight loss as an off label use.
